allotted by the DGCA for all the pilots across India.

STEP BY STEP PROCEDURE TO APPLY FOR DGCA COMPUTER
NUMBER:

STEP1: REGISTER YOURSELF:
Go to https://pariksha.dgca.gov.in/ and carefully read all the instructions. Fill in your basic details, such as your name and date of birth. Then login into your
account and fill in the personal details, such as your academic background.

STEP2: UPLOAD DOCUMENTS :
The next and very crucial stage is uploading all your necessary documents. This step is the key factor in your verification process, so make sure you double-check all the documents. Make sure they are clear and are within the size limit specified.

STEP 3: SENDING YOUR DOCUMENTS TO THE DGCA
Once you have successfully submitted your form, collect all the required
documents along with the application form and send them to the DGCA via
speed post.

And voila! You have successfully applied for your computer number! Now sit
back and relax till you get further notifications from the DGCA.

1) WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY COMPUTER NUMBER?

While the exact time period is unpredictable, you can expect to receive your
computer number anywhere between a minimum of 15 days to a month.

2) HOW TO ATTEST MY DOCUMENTS?

• You need to get your application attested by a competent authority
  (CFI/PII/Gazetted Officer/Notary Public).
•  Stick the same photo as that of your application form and of the right
  dimensions.
• Make sure that the stamp and signature of the competent authority ID are made across your photo and the paper.

3) HOW CAN I KNOW THAT MY APPLICATION IS RECIEVED BY DGCA?
You will be informed by the DGCA through your registered email.

4) HOW MANY DAYS DO I HAVE TO WAIT TO REAPPLY FOR THE DGCA COMPUTER NUMBER AFTER IT IS REJECTED?
You can apply anytime after you get notified that your application is rejected.

speed post.

6) HOW CAN I KNOW THAT MY DGCA COMPUTER NUMBER APPLICATION IS ACCEPTED / REJECTED?
You will receive an email from the DGCA about your application status. If your
application is accepted, you may receive your computer number, else you may
receive a notification of rejection.
